Basic Rules:

1) There will be a 10% buyers fee on all purchases

2) 6% Idaho Sales Tax will be charged on all purchases

3) All items must be paid for in full before any merchandis leaves the facility

4) All items are sold "As Is" with no implied warrantees of any kind

5) MacDady's Auction Service will dispose of any abandoned items in any manor we see fit. 

This could include re-selling the abandoned goods through an upcoming auction
